Changes to standard ad serving software (adquick)

I need some changes to standard ad serving software (adquick)

- Website owners must be able to add their current ad code (such as google adsense). This ad code should be served unless a minimal amount (CPC) is reached (adjustible amount per website owner)

- The administrator must be able to set a default campaign, that will be shown if no other campaigns are shown

- The signup screen should be divided between advertisers and website owners (now there is one combined screen)
