New Payment Gateway System

Hi All, We want to open a new Payment Gateway system (look the attached file also please) Name of the site will be told to you winner. A) What we have? Virtual POS with required API document B) What we need? - logo - website a) Main Site (including Privacy, Support, live Chat etc) b) Seller interface c) Buyer interface d) Administration Panel (should manage all payments, seller commissions etc) - common Payment Screen (to use our SSL secured payment, design may be customized by seller, logo, color, font etc) - API for sellers ( to be able to receive payments from their own SSL secured site) C) How should work? a) Seller may be register free (just need to be approved by Admin in 24 hours) b) Seller may customize common payment and/or API details. c) Seller may see transactions, payments, transfers, commissions etc of his own d) Buyer may see his transactions, may ask for refund, may customize his payment methods and limits e) Froud Protection, Double Payment Protection f) Common Payment screen with respect to Payment API futures (payment API futures with respect to Bank API) g) Admin Panel to control all. h) Security things Other details and requirements will be given to winner
