My name is Eric and I am the CEO of a small business in Nebraska. I'm only bidding on your job to inform you to avoid a certain freelancer, please do not accept my bid as i wont be completeing any projects.
I hired PhungTran to do a very small $15 project on our existing system build. The job entailed some css design work and a very simple javascript conflict. Despite this man bidding on my project he lacked any sense of design, however he did fix the javascript conflict. What is truly astounding is what he did after he was paid, the project closed and feedback left. The feedback left was “Design skills lacked, but specialized coder if thats what your needs require.” His rebuttal to this feedback is “I"m a coder, not designer !” My thought to this is "Well then why are you bidding on jobs that entail design work, accepting them then claiming incompetent. Anyways, he only completed half the project scope and i still payed him in full.
I pride myself on being a good employer. So I payed him, left feedback & closed the project. What i failed to do was delete his FTP access. It's my assumption (he wont respond to any communication efforts) he did not like my feedback left and he then proceeded to delete the contents of our entire server including our databases. After investing thousands of dollars and hundreds of man hours into our project this PhungTran wiped everything we had out. I follow PhungTran's bidding cycle daily to inform all potential employers of this mans actions.
