Automatically filling out web form succesfully and returning the resulting page

There is a webpage with a form. I want to fill the form by php (name,phone,email,agree with conditions) and submit it I think the procedure is simple and is like this "To POST a form, you need to first fetch the source code for it (with Curl, or whatever your preference). For each input on the form, you store the name and give it a value.
