Contribution added to Oscmax RC2 site

I need the oscommerce contribution add multiple items to cart for SPPC installed on OscMax v2 rc2 site. It must look right and I would want a demo on your server to make sure. This project is up for bid again as the previous winner could not get to it and we could not keep waiting and hearing excuses. So if you bid please know something about the bts template used in the latest oscmax as well as regular communication and updates is a must. I do not want someone who gets sidetracked and keeps giving excuses. I have tried loading this contribution and it did not work. The latest oscmax has the mod QTpro put in which does not follow the normal oscommerce installation. I believe the contribution I wish is in conflict with QTpro If someone understands Qtpro+ oscmax this should be easier for you. (I could be wrong) The basic result I want since we are wholesale is the attributes and a quantity box to show on the product listing page not just on the product page and have our customers be able to select what they want on that page including quantity and attributes IE size color and be able to click one add to cart button if they wish to add all selected on that page. This contribution is supposed to do that. I would also like the code or changes made so if there is ever an update I would be able to do it. Thank you.
