Create website like [login to view URL] with some twists

FIRSTLY, anyone who knows [url removed, login to view] and will enter on this website cant say WE "copy [url removed, login to view]"

[url removed, login to view] is the website we will inspire to build this one.

This is not a clone. I don't want a clone.

I have attached a plan on how i want my website.

Everything must be re-designed including social buttons and views count.

The Up and down icons must be replaced by a green smiley and a red sad smiley

I need a : Logo, favicon.

I don't want comment sections. I just want what you see on the image attached. Like people don't need to scroll down to see more things.

The 'engine ' and 'idea' must work like 9gag.tv. When they enter the main website they will be redirected to the last video i uploaded. When that video ends they will be redirected automatically to the next video at a speed of light. They can choose to pull to the next video by clicking on the ">".

There must be a next and previous buttons. But that will only generate a new list of 8 featured videos ( 4 videos on the right and 4 on the left of the main youtube player) WITHOUT changing the video they are seeing at the moment!! The space for ads must be implemented ad it shows on the image.

Theres must be also a admin panel for me to change website's names and description. Changes website Logos and favicon. upload videos(just linked them with youtube urls), write their tittle and description, change ads and insert Google analytics, etc.
