Ecommerce Site

I currently have a website that is up and running. It is a Magento Platform. The site is [login to view URL] . If you go to it there are several things I would like to have changed. These are the following things: 1) Either Get Rid of the tag Free Shipping for orders over $999 at the bottom right hand corner of the screen or change it to Shipping & Handling Extra. 2) At the bottom of the page it states © 2012 Magento Demo Store. All Rights Reserved. I want it to read © 2012 ISIS Medical Solutions, LLC. All Rights Reserved. 3) If you put your mouse arrow over the IMS logo at the top of the page a little box will come up and state Magento Commerce. I want it to have appear ISIS Medical Solutions. 4) There are 3 sliders or flash pictures at the top of the home page that displays 3 different products. I want to change the pictures to other products with the new text in the picture. 5) I currently have disabled at the bottom left of the screen a section that would show thumbnail pictures of 4 products with pricing. The block is labeled specials. I would like to change the pictures to my product with new text to match them. 6) I would like to have the option to create another attribute on my product pages. Currently I set one up called poa, which is for Call for Pricing. I do not know how to put the proper codes into the template to give me the opportunity to pick either the Add Cart or another choice Call for Pricing. Not all of the equipment we sell will have pricing on our site. 7) I would like to add more tags and search terms to my site. I have not been able to figure out how to do it. Also, I have put all the products, descriptions, meta tags, and meta descriptions on the site already. I would like to get input on the meta tag's and meta descriptions I have on the site. I want to make sure they are the best I can choose. I am only interested in people that are experts at Magento and PHP.
