need a simple animation of a map like this [login to view URL] if u mouse over a area it changes colors let me show u the map u have to animate (check this EONU_3x4_Plain_Election(1).pdf) as you can see there are 22 outlines of regions. Each region would have a small bit of information and link to a [login to view URL] you hover over, you would get a change of colour a label and information. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i have labeled the 22 regions for u so u know what is what. (cehck [login to view URL] ) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- when u mouse over any of the region, it turns gray, with some info in a box like this (cehck [login to view URL]) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- here is the names of all 22 regions and what text should pop up (check [login to view URL]) time only 3-4 hours !!! no milestone before work you can show me on your servr !!! if you cant do it in time than dont bid !!! you cehck guide doc for all details !!!
