Need a website for an escort agency!

Hello together, I need a website for an escortagency. Not an escortdirectory, it is a website for a single escortagency, where they can promote their escortladies. Similar to www. escort .de, but with a nicer and sexier design! Design of the site is very important for me! Also the site should have got a very good seo, should load fast and should be done for all major browsers. At the left top you can change the language from german (DE) to english (EN) at escort . de so have a better look. The following features are some I need: 1. The site should have got a very nice, erotic and sexy template. 2. All escortladies should have their own sedcard, with different fields (fields for appearance, quotes, booking modalities, about me and so on). Also every sedcard should have a gallery feature with lightbox effect or something similar. A video feature should be optional. At the moment I don`t know if I need it. All sedcards should be managed in admin backend. There should also be a booking feature in every sedcard, so customer can send a booking request for the escortlady. The booking feature should also have got different fields (for example, name of the customer, telephone number, address, booking date or booking period and so on) 3. Imprint site 4. Contact site with contact form. 5. Search function for escort ladies 6. VIP Customer area, where VIP Customers can login. 7. Newsletter for VIP Customers 8. It should be possible for admin to mark pictures of escortladies, to be shown for public or only for VIP customers. Same for videos, if I need this video feature. 9. For admin it should be possible to create new sites (like I can create sites if I use a CMS) 10. Website should have got a mobile release too. So customers can book escortladies with their mobile phones, tablets and so on too. 11. Very good SEO! All sites should be SEO optimated, also the urls! 12. A language feature. So customers can switch between different languages, like English, German and so on. It should be also possible to add more languages in the future. 13. A leaflet feature for customers to save escortladies, they are interested in. 14. A compare feature for customers, to compare escortladies. 15. A partner site, where the agency can poste links from partners. 16. Sitemap that updates automatically if there is a new escortladysedcard or a new site created. Sitemap also for google, yahoo and so on. 17. The possiblitiy for admin to create categories for the escortladies, like escortlady, domina and so on and that the admin can assign the sedcard of a escortlady to one or more categories. Same with gender, for male and female escorts. 18. In the overviews of escortladies overviews, the thumbnails should have got a nice effect, if a customer hoover the mouse over, maybe that a bigger thumbnail appears. Also some fields should be shown in the overviews, maybe, name of the escortlady, city and so on. 19. The sedcards should be marked as new or featured and so on. This should be shown in frontend on sedcard AND at the escortladies overviews. 20. News site like escort . de 21. Casting site with “what we offer”, what we aspect and so on (like escort . de) This is for women, which want to work as escortladies, where they can send their job application to the agency, if they want to work for the agency. It should be a form, with some fields and the possibility to upload some pictures. 22. Information site with sub sites like escort . de 23. And maybe some other small features or sites. The site should be done within 14 days. I will pay in milestones, but don`t pay before freelancer start work. First milestone will be released after some work. You should start immediately.
