shoppingcart with video, paypal & affiliate & seo

Shopping cart site needed with 2 physical products for sale with a payment gateway (paypal & credit card) 2 shipping prices (one for Australia the other for outside of Australia. Certian packages are required (4-5) in order to up sell. I would like to have 6-10 videos on main page (like you tube) maybe a cartoon (swf) video is also required to show how the product is to be applied with SEO as well. A moderated blog section too is a possibility so i can add new keywords from time to time. I would also like to have an affiliate section where people could sell my products. Only they can offer a discount coupon to be fair to them, and my site should sell at full retail only, coupons have to be unique and tracked so payment can be made to the right affiliate. Perhaps a second site needs to be made to have banners, links etc accessible and all new affiliates need to be generated & have their unique link. I also need a cms to see where to post items, date, time, pending/shipped etc like Joomla and who the sale came from (this part should be automated) so affiliates can receive a prompt payment As I am new to this I am open to suggestions. I have logo's and pictures and videos plus text content. (my logo is Black ,White, and Red) so site should be in line with them colours (not too much red though) Am thinking about 7-8 pages 3 email addresses need to be set to my Mac so i can liaise with my customers The site will be selling cockroach and ant poison a facebook like link should also be utilised I look forward to hearing from you
