Website for charity centre

Hello freelancers, I need a CMS based website for my client who has a charity centre, Wordpress people need not to apply, client doesn't like it, only a custom coded CMS which is really user friendly. It will have the following features: 1. Seven Main pages- Home, What we do, What you can do, Donate, Campaign, News/Blog, Resources, Contact 2. In Home we should have following: - Image Slider - simple but unique 5-6 image slider, - Donate button - One can click on donate and will be redirected to a payment page, - A small section for Media centre - we can change the content for this section from backend, - Whats new section - we would need to update this from back end, - Volunteer - One can join as volunteer by filling his simple form. - Search - option to search the website content 3. What we do, what you can do both are static pages, we will provide content. 4. Donate - One can fill a simple form here and can make a payment. The payments should be made through credit cards, debit cards and internet banking. Here, the important point is, after payment the user should be redirected back to our website, and will see a thank you page with a message. And all these donations made from this page will also be registered in the database, so that we can check from the back-office, who has paid how much and on what date and time. Also, whenever someone donates, we should get a notification to our email id. 5. Email Notifications for donations, new volunteer added, and any new user joins the website. 6. Campaigns - We would like to edit the content of this page from our back-office, to tell users about new campaigns that we are going to do. 7. News/Blog - A simple blog, nothing too fancy, just a blog where we can post new articles. 8. Resources - Just a simple CMS based page. 9. Contact - A simple contact form with captcha.
