Website in Joomla

I want a website preferbly in Joomla (but open to other CMS). The website will have customers and suppliers. Idea. Suppliers sign up to provide services - they nominate what services they can provide. No cost for them to sign up. Customers join after paying subscription fee to join. They should be able to search for suppliers based on services or area (via postcode matching) Details: The website is going to be selling a product to customer. The product is a something similar to insurance. They customer will see many different options and should have option to choose the plan they like and buy it online (payment with paypal with setup recurring payment). Once purchased the website should provide them with a customer number. They will also have to create an account with username/password to login if they want to update things like address / phone etc. From their members area they should able to search for a particular service from a list (which admin should be able to edit / add / deleted) and all the suppliers in the same postcode as customer offering that service should show up. The website should also have an option for suppliers to signup to sell their service. They would have a form to fill and shown a t&c page and if they agree should be able to join or if not join request more info. No cost for them to join so no payment is required. The website should notify the admin everytime a supplier signs up or requests more info. The front end design is very important. I will supply logos etc. The front end will have things like drop down list of providers (suppliers). If the visitor to the website wants to see what providers they have in their area they should be able to search with their postcode and all providers matching that postcode should be listed. They should also be able to search for all suppliers in an area providing a particular service. Finally there needs to be secure area for suppliers to login to. Here they should be able to "validate" a customer by entering the unique number a customer was given at time of signup. When they enter the number the system should tell them if the customer's subscription is current, the customers name and address and tel number and what plan they signed up for. For the admin area, we need options for admin to change prices of plans, add or remove plans, edit text for plans. They should also be able to edit /add/delete list of services the suppliers can provide. They should also be able to manually cancel a customer's membership or manually add a customer or edit the plan they are on.
