Wordpress OR Joomla based Reverse Auction website

I need a website to run online Reverse Auction (examples are [login to view URL] & [login to view URL]). As I understand, there are premium plugins available in the market, for WordPress as well as for Joomla, namely, wpAuction Pro (for WordPress) with Reverse Auction Engine OR Joombri Extn. (for Joomla). However, these plugins lag the following features which needs to be included in my website: - HTML5 Responsive layout for full website (on Bootstrap Framework) including front-end for users and main site - Automatic inclusion of Title & Meta Tags for every project posted. Permanent link for every individual project - Categories to have Sub-Categories as well - Transactional Mails on Mandrill Plugin/Extension - Any open source Support Ticket System to be installed - Chat option for the Buyer & Freelancer so that they can chat with each other (without any sort of filtering). No admin chat needed. - Payment Gateway integration with CCAvenue + 2Checkout + Paypal + Escrow - Ability to change the name “Buyer” & “Freelancer” to something else through admin panel. - Rating system for "Freelancer" & "Buyer" (no XP system required). Simple rating system with feedback would do Needless to mention, the site should be SEO friendly (including URLs), with clean design & coding. Those who are confident to complete this work within 2weeks and also have hands-on experience on WordPress OR Joomla, may please proceed to submit their bids.
