Vintage Wordpress Design - repost

I need a Modern (tech) style wordpress theme designed and installed. I already have the existing site running at the moment ([login to view URL]), but would like to upgrade the site design. Design must include modern looking paper for content area and navigation area and look cohesive with logo and background. The design should look similar, but absolutely not copied, to look like this site [login to view URL] You must not copy any graphics in this site and put it in my design. Site should include the following - 2 Column design. 2 sizes thumbnails (featured image now called) with short excerpt.(just look 90% like [login to view URL] [color changed] is totally my idea but the largest thumnails (what's Hot column) should be left hand side instead of right, and "The New Stuff" Column in the middle and then right side bar ) sharp modern colored simple style papers for content area and side navigation.(right side bar every page including content page) small size social plugin panel on every thumbnail-post excerpt Navigation and Category Headers banners. Unique search design function Google font installation with fonts of my choice Decorative blog post title, date and time Revisions until I am satisfied with the design PSD layered source files as I need to also have a forum designed with the same theme. Must be installed Budget is HK$2,500 (USD300), any bids exceeding that will be ignored. I will not release any milestone payments until I see the design and am 100% happy with it. I will not create a milestone payment more then $150 that will be released when I am happy with the design and I have the PSD source files. Once I am happy I will create another milestone payment before installation. Once installed and everything is functioning properly I will release full payment. You will forfeit milestone payment if you exceed your completion timeframe by 10 days. Please include portfolio work!
