When an employee/admin creates a gift certificate, they are taken to a form that has these fields: (Date issued) (Gift cert#) (Customer) (Amount) (Expires) Filled in auto filled in auto After all info is entered, user clicks enter then the script prints the invoice. When we receive the gift cert. back, we go to this panel and enter the number or click on the right one and click “redeemed”. There is a section for expired/used gift certs.
