Google Checkout API Integration

I'm looking for someone to code a PHP solution based on the Google Checkout API system. I have a one-page site, with one product. What needs to happen is the following: collect user input from an already created form, pass it on to an SQL database (already created), allow the user to confirm or correct the input, permanently store input in the database (not CC info), pass the input on to XML formatted for recognition by Google Checkout to complete the order. All in all, it should be fairly easy, but I'm sincerely lacking the time needed.
