Hi, I am looking for PHP freelance to develop a custom portal that will be include: 1- All portal sections SSO integration with vBulletin. 2- Image Gallery with categories(Unlimited sub-categories) and tags. 3- Commercial, medical and tourist directories (city, location, phone numbers, fax, premium accounts for commercial directory only). 4- Flash Games, we already have flash games section, just integrated it with the portal and adding comments and Ajax rating for each game. Above is phase one of our website from 5 phases. The PHP developer requirements: 1- PHP5 & Mysql. 2- Strong knowledge of OOP 3- Ajax. 4- XHTML. 5- Smarty Template engine. 6- SVN. 7- Has ability to learn our framework, we don't want to use Joomla or Drupal or any other CMS or FW. If you don't have a very good experience (+3 years) please don't bid.
