Oscommerce - Easypopulate Inventory Update*

Need of work? Our company is looking for fast paced individuals who can manage/update our product inventory. The individual needs to be familiar with oscommerce, microsoft excel, easypopulate addon, and flawless with mistakes! If you are a successful candidate than we will reffer you with more work as our company site needs updating weekly.

We have oscommerce installed for our shopping site. Easypopulate module/addon has been added to our site to easily manage and import our products/inventory through microsoft excel.

Anyone with experiance with EasyPopulate knows how easy and time consuming it is to use this feature to maintain your products for your site. You easily import the data on the excel file through oscommerce backend to add/edit/delete the products on the live site.

What needs done:

We will provide you up to 500 product pictures which you must name in the format we instruct you, and import the data into microsft excel template file. We will provide you with ALL necessary tools/programs to easily rename the files and import the information to our easypopulate template. All instructions, product files/templates/programs to rename and thumbnail images will be provided in zip folder to help you easily manage and complete the required task at ease.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
