Wordpress theme modification

I want the design to be wider. I attach a psd file you can use to create the images for the heading and navigation. Please note how the navigation works now. The width of the "active" category button is different on the three language versions. If its possible to make the width dynamic it would be good. The category button should also be active on article pages marked with the same category. 2. I want to move the green/blue/orange collapsable boxes from underneath the articles. Instead they should be to the right of the article instead. The boxes should be expanded by default. 3. There is a bug with the live search function. If there is more than 10 results, there should be a link below to more results. This has been working before, but after a Wordpress update this does not work as intended. 4. I want to replace the h1, h2 and h3 style and use the Google Web Font Abel instead. 5. I want the theme implemented on all three websites.
