Adapt the HTML and CSS of 2 pages of an existing Wordpress website in order to look like PSD

Hello there, Please read thoroughly before bidding: I'm looking for a professional freelancer to adapt the HTML and CSS of 2 pages of an existing Wordpress website in order to look like the 2 respective PSD files. IMPORTANT NOTE: ################ You do NOT have to change the Wordpress template files.
