Add few features to my auction website

The auction widget : - add top bidder name - make the seconds blinking in red and black In auction product page : - there should be a modal when a user enter the page about terms and conditions that user has to check the check box and accept the terms and conditions. after user accept the terms and conditions means that the user will attend to this auction and cannot enter other auctions until they click on the exit the auction button (means we need to have a exit auction button beside the bid button) in the auction history list in front of the each user which didnt click on the exit button should be a green circle and if the user click on the exit auction button there should be a red circle so other users can see that who is still on this auction and who left the auction. and the seconds should be blinking in red and back
