Add missing functionality to a project

Hi!

So you know your way around Laravel and CakePHP? Two of the bigger and popular frameworks out there. Good news!

I recently stumbled upon SLIM, the micro framework! Check it out here: [login to view URL]

And I thought to myself, "wow, this is some fast software!". So i began searching for a complete boilerplate. And sadly, I didn't found a complete boilerplate. But, i did found something on Github that is 60% done. And it is exactly what I need!

The missing functions is:

* Dotenv configuration

* Remember me cookie

* Password reset system

* Notification system. Admins can push notifications to users

* Common APP feedback-messages, located in one [lang] file (resources/[login to view URL])

* Failed-login-throttling and failed-password-change-throttling

* More informative user profile

* Public/non public profile

* View how much of ban time that is left on admin page

* Feedback when trying to sign-in on a banned/deleted account

* Auto logout user if the user is deleted or banned
