Addon or something similiar for chrome

I need an addon that can accept on a website a pop up with some rules that if you dont accept the site logs you out. The pop up appears on firefox but on chromium based browsers the pop up appears for less than a second and cant be accepted manualy, another programmer telling me that is because different interpretations of javascript between firefox and chromium browsers. Waiting to tell me what do you need to get this done.
