Hi,
As per your requirement, the huge size and stocks ( +50,000) of products is making this system huge so I shall recommend custom e-commerce rather than Magento with MongoDB or Hadoop Database to handle large Data.
We are extremely confident with Magento as well because we have previous experience in working with it.
