Archive Facebook activity log

I would like to archive my Activity Log from Facebook. When downloading a normal Facebook archive, many links, comments, posts are not included, but they do show up in the Activity Log. I'd like to save all the information that shows up in the Facebook Activity log, but saving the HTML page directly is not useful because it's a massive amount of JavaScript with things like "See More" which hides some of the data until it is clicked. I'd like to be able to compile many of the things I've posted and commented into a diary, but it's just too much work to do it manually, so I need a way to do it programmatically. I do not know if the full Activity Log is accessible through the API, as some Google searches on this turn up some empty leads. I can work with a PHP script that does this. Storing the output in simple HTML (no JavaScript) or CSV is preferred, but if you have another idea let me know.
