Automated data import into Salesforce from e-commerce system

We are using a PHP based shopping cart system (x-cart) to handle our online sales. We are seeking a solution to either 1) create a way to seamlessly upload our exported file into Salesforce based on certain rules, or 2) to create a bridge between our shopping cart and Salesforce that will automatically sync orders placed on our e-commerce system to opportunities in Salesforce. A few considerations: - Many customers in our e-commerce system will be first time customers, and hence will not have a unique Salesforce ID - Many customers in our e-commerce system will also be repeat customers, hence they will need to be mapped to existing accounts based on company name matches or another intelligent mapping solution. Our current manual mapping method results in many duplicates and inaccuracies (ie: If two customers purchase from us and both have their company name as "Company XYZ" in their profile, they are in fact two separate accounts from different departments but are treated as one account in Salesforce if mapped solely by company name. Perhaps matches can be done by company name and address/email?) - We would like all opportunities created in Salesforce from our shopping cart orders to be assigned to the appropriate account owner based on location of the customer We are seeking someone who has access to their own [login to view URL] account and can develop a solution independent of our systems.
