I have an issue on a Magento 1.7 site concerning automatic confirmation order email. Mails start only in backend manual procedure and not in automatic. Note the system is configured to sent automatically but fails (doesn't send) with no logs. A plugin is to send email for new order to admin works fine instead. I need to fix automatic customer order confirmation email issue.
