Biometric fingerprint scanning and capture user photo into MySQL using PHP and javascript

We are looking for someone to program a web application to capture user photo and fingerprint scan from desktop peripherals using PHP and java and must be able to store in MySQL database. We also need to be able to search for user by ID and match new fingerprint scan with fingerprint data stored in DB for user authentication. Programmer will only do the parts described on this project which is: 1- Record ID 2- Biometric scanning and uploading 3- Photo capture and uploading 4- Search by record ID and fingerprint Code must be based on PHP Codeigniter framework. This is not a complete project; its part of ongoing project we are working on. We don’t mind working in any biometric SDK as long its not expensive , Veridis is a good free SDK we prefers working in.
