BuddyPress + Plugin Customization

I need some help fixing up some Buddypress and other plugin issues I am having with my site. This includes adding a delete account feature on the front end, changing the role of non logged in users to see all posts. This is a pretty small job the site is basically finished just need help finalizing some things. I have some websites I'll be working on afterwords that I will need help with if I am happy with the work.
