Hi, i have checked your requirement and understood following things ---
1)A cloud-based (preferred) database (Access or MySQL) for multiple stand-alone locations with private and separate data that is password protected.
Simplification :- It would be the database which can be accessed from multiple locations, and data for each location would be different so it can not be accessed by different locations.
2) System should be able to handle Contacts & Sales Leads as in a CRM type solution for (Leads, Qualified Leads, Quoted, Presentation/Closing) with an area for dates and contact notes along the way, and then the result is either they become an Account or a Lost Lead.
Simplification :- We are recently working with one CRM project so i am familiar with all these terms
3)The next module is for Accounts & Service Management where we provide multiple types of classes for multiple types of accounts and people register for these classes that have various elements such as; Day, Time, Location, Age Group, $ Amount per Class, Number of Classes, Class Dates, Off Dates, Ceremony Date, Facility Co-Op Fees, T-shirts., Workflow for Multiple Account Types and multiple service types.
Simplification:- you are going to offer Accounts & Service Management for different class of attributes you mentioned.
