Build Order System in Wordpress

Hello, I'm looking for someone who is experienced in developing with Wordpress and WooCommerce. However, I would like the store to be tailored towards B2B usage. This means it will have a "Request for Quote" flow. The modules should comprise of: - Shop - Cart - Quote / Order Form - Place Order - Shipment - Payment / Receipt - Settings - Sign Out ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Details: 1. Shop - Standard Woocommerce product display, should have ability to remove pricing 2. Cart - Standard Woocommerce cart with the "Add to Quote" button 3. Quote - Quotes are PDF generated with customisable PDF Format. The customer is emailed the PDF generated automatically. The quotes are also stored in Wordpress for record purposes. There should also be an option to resend email 4. Place Order - User will be navigated from the Quote email (hyperlink) to Accept or Reject Quote. If accept, the customer needs to upload scanned order form (with signature and stamp) as purchase authorisation proof. Once this is uploaded, the client submit the Order. The Order Status is then set to "Waiting Confirmation". When representative of the company view the order and everything is ok, the status is changed to "Accepted", else "Rejected" 5. Shipment Once order is accepted, Shipment is automatically generated. The default status is "Process". There are three other status "In-transit", "Delivered" and "Canceled". The status changes are done manually. All the records need to be kept in Wordpress 6. Payment / Receipt Once the status is changed to "Delivered", it automatically runs to Accounting Software to generate Invoice. The invoice is sent out to client via email and also available for future download in Wordpress. There are also status on these payment transaction (Invoiced, Late, Credited, Paid). Once the payment is made, it automatically runs to Accounting Software to generate Receipt. Receipt is emailed out to Customer via email and also attached back Wordpress for future download.
