Currently I am working with same web application in which Administrator of the site can add product categories, add products in specified category which will be shown at front end to user. Admin can add/ edit web pages for their "About Us", "Terms and Conditions", "Privacy Policies" etc. User can add the product to Wishlist or Cart and continues the shopping. Payment Gateway (CCAvenue) is integrated with site where user can checkout for product. Site is totally responsive. I guess you want to same as like this.
