Build a Website

I am in need of a developer/team that can help design a custom Joomla site. The site will require custom built features/modules. The idea of the site is it will be a "coupon feed" website where we will receive stream of regularly updating XML feeds of online deal and coupons. The site will need to parse the data and display the information in a custom designed site. (like [login to view URL]) The site will also have many user features such as the ability to login and favorite and recommend deals, rate deals, comment on deals etc. It will be an interactive site for users to get and share the coupons information. The graphics work is primarily done as a PSD so the site will also need to be made into a template. The developer(s) should also be skilled in modern web technology as this will be used at various parts of the site (auto completing search for example and modern web style) The developer(s) will need to work closely with me (English and instant message via Google Hangout preferred) and may have to deal with some changes and adjustments as we move along. I have done many project with developers not in US so timezone consideration is something I am use to. Again this is VERY CUSTOM development based site that requires skill beyond basic Joomla install and adding modules. I am looking for expert developer team that will work CLOSE with me as we progress. I am very technical and understand the process involved both business and technical related. I have built many excellent professional friendships along the way with developers due to this work style. Due to the nature of this work and my work style I am unable to work with a group that only accepts email exchanges and a representative who sits between developer and customer, I must work directly with the developer(s) Look forward to working with you!
