Build a Website

Hi, I am looking to create a simple directory website. I have the URL [login to view URL] and I would want this site to be a global directory. I want the user to select a specific country before entering so that they can select what they are looking for in their country of choice. For example - Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, United States, Ireland, South Africa Once the user selects the country they are in - they would be displayed with a list of areas they can search, for example Automotive, Business, Design, Retail etc. Within each catergory, would be sub-categories, taking Design for example - this may have the sub-categories Graphic Design, Web Design, Architecture Design, Product Design etc. The user should be able to filter the list based on their location. Each listing should have the business name, phone number, fax number, email address, website, address, google maps location, description, reviews How I plan to monetize this size is through ads - so leaving some areas for these is essential. Also - I am keen on selling the top positions in the listings area to the highest bidder - a bit like the Google sponsored links area. Interested to hear from someone that is confident in their ability to design AND develop this for me. I don't have a huge budget though - so looking for something nice and simple to start with.
