Build a Website (Stripe, Twilio, Time Tracking, Registration, User Database, Admin Dashboard)

For a brand new project we require a developer or team of developers to design and build a brand new website with attached admin web app. The forward facing website is very simple and will require no more than 6 pages, registration, user database and integration with Stripe to store card details. The admin dashboard will 3 pages with a series of mini apps. The main page will be a view of user conversations and a notification center for new conversations to the twilio number. You should be able to click on the conversations and it bring up a dashboard where you can have a conversation via SMS using twilio, charge their stored card with an amount and what the charge is. You must also be able to start a timer, pause it and stop it. Stopping it creates an invoice line attached to that customer. The chosen developer or team will spend a small portion of time initially gathering the requirments but i expect work to be completed in increments and feedback given before moving on to different sections of the project. E.G. Front end development > User Database + Registration > Stripe integration > Admin dashboard design > Twilio mini app > Stripe integration > Time Tracking > Invoicing & Reciepts
