Build backend of website with ticket sales (No design, just code)

PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE BIDDING. No web design needed. A web designer will finish this job at another date. Task 1) Set VPS server up to take XML data (ideally with a PHP page and a cron job) that comes from a Point of Sale system (XML info attached) and put it into a MySQL database that resides on a Godaddy shared server. The XML is very very simple. Port 2235 will likely need to be opened on the VPS server. The code will need to be able to write ALL information coming from the XML into the database. It will run every 10 minutes and need to be able to update existing information. Task 2 Create 3 web pages Page 1) Top of page, display movie information and showtimes for today (showtimes have dynamic links to page 2 (info below)). Below that, display movie information and showtimes (with dynamic links to page 2) for auditorium 1 & 2 only. Below that. Display movies that are ‘coming soon’ based on the dates that come from the XML data. Display movie title, the release date, and the showtimes (with dynamic links) for that date only. Display movies that are ‘coming soon’ based on the dates that come from the XML data. Display movie title, the release date, and ALL of the showtimes for that film (with dynamic links), with date above each day of showtimes. Dynamic links are based on the ‘showcode’ that comes from the XML data Page 2) Open in a Javascript shadowbox (script available for free online) Display movie information for the movie title and showtime that was just clicked. Have option to choose the number of tickets (based on what XML data says) Have area to enter payment information. and a link to finish the purchase. If purchase fails, reopen shadowbox page with error information to allow the person to reenter their information. Page 3) Success. If Success, display confirmation number and movie information. There will be additional jobs in the future updating this code, once you are finished.
