We need a real estate site developed in a php framework Agency/freelancer should have following expertise/experience : 1. Ready user registration module ( with social logins of any site ) 3. Ready admin module/dashboard ( where admin can create restricted admin users ) 4. Indian payment gateway integration ( ccavenue etc ) 5. Configuration of CRONE bulk emails 6. Integration of email newsletter script 7. Bulk emails to all the users 8. Integration of any ready script for banner advertisements 9. Integration of SMS api for OTP and bulk sms to users. 10. Social integration expertise ( like sharing a profile on social networks ). The agency should have UI/UX expert and Testers. Communication only through Skype and phone. Payment strictly through Freelancer or any freelancing site based on milestones. 20% of total payment will be released only after 45 days of launching and complete testing of the site. The agency should have team for mobile app development also as we will need them in phase 2. Our budget is $800. Plz don't bid if your quote is higher. Requirement document enclosed.
