Build a site for customers to sign up to 1000s of newsletters in one click!

I need a website made which will allow customers to sign up to 1000s of newsletters in just one click! USER EXPERIENCE: 1. The website will allow them to top-up account credit using bitcoin 2. They then insert their own email address into a form on the site, and choose how many newsletters they want to join, and how long they want the emails to arrive in their inbox for (1 hour, 2 hours, 24 hours etc - price for user will depend on what they choose) 3. The back-end of the site will then insert their email address into thousands of free newsletters on different sites, so that the user can have an email inbox filled with interesting, random content. NOTES: 1. There will be many users using the site at once, so the server will need to be able to avoid rate-limiting/IP Detection by the sites which have the free newsletters that people get signed up to. This will be an ongoing project with future upgrades and maintenance needed for the right candidate.
