CSS and Word Menu fix

Main Menu:

1) For some reason today the 'main menu' is copying the label updates from one language to another and not remembering them when they are freshly entered.
Home page:
2) Online Results Blue Box
The text 'Online Results' needs to be changed as follows for each language:
"Online Results" in X
"Resultados En Línea" in X
"Resultado Online" in X
Please let me know where I can find the label text in case it needs to be updated in the future.
3) Submenus below blue box:
The '>> blue arrows' and grey line need to extend to the same edge as the right edge of the above blue box.

4) There are 188 test pages. Example: (URL Removed)
Below the text of each page there needs to be a button that says:
"Back to Catalogue" in X,
"Volver al catálogo" in X and
"Bolbe na Catologo" in X.
The button style should be similar to the two green menu buttons that are on the front page for 'Examination Catalogue' and aligned left of the page and the curved corner to the left.
Please let me know where I can find the label text in case it needs to be updated in the future.

When viewed in 'admin' the style for the following show correctly. But when view on the front end, they are different:
