Ad Click Bot

I'm looking for a programmer for this project. Here's the specs: I need a program that will automatically click adsense ads or any other ads on websites specified by URLS. Here's the tricky part: This program MUST have a way to constantly change it's proxy and se the ratio view vs Click Rate that's why I need someone knowledeable. There must also be a way to specify the CTR (click through rate) for each URL that this program will be visiting and clicking. All clicks must be at random intervals. When this program clicks on an ad, it must also surf the opened site for a random number of seconds to look like a real user. Must have a feature where I can set hot many times to click out a number of visits. I will pay immediately after testing the bot. Please do not say, "i can do this" and that's it. Please tell me why i should give you the job and if you have experience with this type of work. Include examples of bots you have made. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks!
