Cloud Based CRM and Data Management System

We are looking for a cloud based system accessible through a browser that allows us the ability to add and store client information, create a new application/request for information form that can be sent to a potential client, the client can fill out the form, upload documents and submit it to our system, once in our system, we would like to be able to view a dashboard/table view of all of the submissions that consists of 10 columns, allows us to edit the submission and a section for each submission to enter and save notes. We are searching for a programmer that will be able to provide us with the best possible solution to achieve this system. It needs to be secure and extremely user friendly and there will be a few added features once we establish the best way of doing this. Once the appropriate method of programming is established, we will need the system to be created in a timely manner. We will require that the chosen programmer possess extremely good communication skills, programming skills and have characteristics that include honesty, reliability and superior work ethic. We will require daily communication to answer questions, review progress and discuss timeline. This will only require a short amount of time every day and can be done through email or phone. The right freelancer should be interested in this job, because it is fun project, we are easy to work with and ultimately it pays well. We have included a base minimum fee for the project, but are willing to negotiate more money once we establish what exactly this project entails to full specifications.
