Convert broken zencart tempate to simple html/css/php/db

I posted a project to convert a zencart template to html/css/javascript on a responsive design. While it worked, I now have a hopelessly broken halfway zencart halfway broken html site. It's really a very simple website with just html/css/php pulling around 33 product descriptions out of a mysql database and showing pictures of them, then if people want to buy there's a link that just takes them to an information page showing phone numbers to call to purchase if they want. So basically it's just an information site without a cart. All the design is already done as far as layout, colors, images, text, fonts and everything. It would take me less than a day to rewrite the whole thing because it's so simple and the design is already done, but I don't have the time. The whole new site should be around 5-7 pages total, which can be assembled from the existing site/pieces.
