Copy website using wordpress

I need someone who can build wordpress websites. I need one built right now but I would like to find someone who can do this for me as needed. I need it done about once every two weeks. THIS PROJECT DETAILS I would like to build a site for my shoe company. The domain is www.pixiestyles.com. I need to copy the design and layout of the site www.freshlypicked.com. We have our own logos and product pictures but we would like to copy the look, feel, menus and placements. Wordpress must be used and preferably using the current template which has many customize-able features. If you know of a better template then let us know and we can use that. We would like to copy the following pages/menu items Home Page Apparel Look Books Maccasins (We will call this page "Slip-ons") Accessories I will give you access to Dropbox folder of images and logos to use.
