Create Custom Wordpress Plugin

Hi I need a custom wordpress plugin that publishes a post containing the first 100 google search results (the google results must be targeted for italy and italian pages only)using the title of the post as the keyword. So i put the title of the post and hit publish and the plugin should retrieve the first 100 google results with snippets like in google search results for that query and publishes them inside the post like they are including the links. The plugin should search in "[login to view URL]" as my site is in Italian and for Italian people. If you can integrate a field where i can insert all my keywords in bulk and then publish the post for every keyword automatically will be welcome. Bid on! Thanks
