Create PDF in a custom module based on custom datatable

I have developed my own custom module using custom tables in Drupal 7 the application is for a medical clinic, I need to print the patient visit on PDF same as it is viewed in Drupal but in PDF format of course without the menus but with a header and footer. you can use any PDF library that you like as long as you will export the PDF in a nice format and to be easy customizable if you have developed the same before please place your bid, max budget is $20, there's no fancy work required, you can develop a basic PDF with a header and footer and a middle table displaying the content and I will be customizing it
