Create a Twitter Widget

I need to add a Twitter widget to my website. These are the requirements: 1. It will show the timeline tweets of a particular user. Only those tweets will be shown which have a link. 2. Only those tweets should be considered which have a link that contains one of the words that I will provide. 3. Most of the tweets will also have images. The images should be ignored and their URL removed. The widget WILL NOT show any images. 4. The whole tweet should be clickable, and clicking should take to the URL that was added in the tweet. The URL itself would be removed from the tweet. My website is built on PHP / MySQL. Let me know if you can do this, and quote for the same. Also, show some example widgets that you would have already made.
