Create ZEND Framework Component

We need to create some Module in ZEND framework that will cover some tasks: - creating DB entries/records - displaying elements from DB with specific table entry value - adding checkboxes to display list (for each record) - adding some values to DB based on selected checkboxes etc. More info after selecting person which will work on that project. This small personal project, so I cannot give to much money.
