Create a chrome plugin for Facebook Groups Post Submitter -- 2

I need someone who would be able to create a chrome plugin or a software to install in my Mac. The plugin is for a Facebook Group Submitter. 1- I need a browser extension (Chrome Plugin) or software for my Mac to submit 1 click to multiple Facebook groups. 2- The submitter must have fields to fill the Facebook user and password and info. 3- Also it must have a message box to insert the message for post, with active URLs (targeted to the web pages where I want to send the post reader/traffic). 4- The tags included in the post also should be active after the message is posted, included # and @ tags. 5- The submitter should post with foto or video, or with an image of the targeted URL posted inside the message. 6- It will be great if the submitter can fetch and look for groups in my category and add the groups to a page where I can quickly and easily review and give me the way to keep the ones related to my interests (category) and delete the rest. Then run the join groups and the submitter joins all groups kept in the list, with one click. 7- Have the control to adjust the time interval between joining each group, to keep control and the joining process looks made by human (one by one). 9- Have the control to adjust the time interval between postings of the message to the groups, to keep control and the postings looks made by human (one by one).
