Create copy script

I've been writing shell scripts for 20 years and this is how I'd approach this. It would be a small script set up in cron. I've done very similar projects to this before, I have a computer engineering degree from CMU and 20 years experience in all sorts of languages, so I'm well qualified to do this.

i will use - copy files with shell script. - if server is linux(Crontab) or windows(scheduled task) every minute check if new file/comming - be sure file is completed(md5sum)

I think it is best to act rsync. Upon detection of new files or directories will be copied. You can flexibly configure the way to check the updated file if you need to: Date moditsikatsii or content.
