Create a development graph tool with google forms, spreadsheets and drive

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING! I am looking for somebody who can do the following for me: I want give my students an insight in their own development. I want to do this as follows: 1. I want to create a Google Form in which the students can score themselves. They'll have to enter their names and after that they'll have to score themselves on different skills from 1 to 5. Google will export the results of this form to a Google spreadsheet. For example 140 students will fill in this form. So there will be multiple rows in the google spreadsheet. 2. A couple of weeks later the student will have to fill in the same form and score himself again. The results of this session will also be saved into the Google spreadsheet. Once again 140 students will fill in this form. Google has to recognize and link the same persons to each other. So for example in session 1 the student fills in his name: Eddie Vedder. During session 2 he fills in his name again "Eddie Vedder". Google will have to match these two rows that will be created to each other. 3. Google will export a graph from the results of the two rows that have been matched to each other. From session 1 and session 2. This graph will show the development of the student. The student has for example scored himself a 3 on question 1 the first time and a 5 on question 1 the second time. The graph has to show this development. There has to be a graph for every question and a graph for a cluster of question (for example out of 10 questions: question 1 to 5 is a cluster and 6 to 10 is a cluster). When submitting the form for the second time this graph has to be shown to the student and has to be exported to the google drive where everything is located in a map called "Development". The graph has to be in pdf and has to have the title of the students name. In this example: Eddie [login to view URL] 4. There has to be a possibility to also let the students fill in the form for a 3rd time, a 4th, 5th even maybe a 6th time. All these times a new graph has to be exported with the results of all the times the student has filled in the graph. I want this program to be user friendly and adaptable. I want to be able to link it to different forms. Even to forms that don't exist yet. So I can use the programmed language over and over again and apply it to different forms and google spreadsheets.
